Wx3 Writing Exercise & Inspiration – How To
It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3.
Step 1 – Clear your mind. Take a deep breath. Relax.
Step 2 – Open a new Word doc, or Notepad page, or grab a piece of paper & a pen.
Step 3 – Look at the picture for 60 seconds & then write whatever comes to you – dialogue, story, log line, idea, concept, emotion, senses, etc..
When you are done…
Save it and put your writing away. Let it seep, brew, stew, and simmer. Next time you need inspiration or an added boost to your current work – you’ll have a file full of these.
And, it will add to your habit of writing – boom!

Thinking about something that gives her peace of mind? Possibly.
Thinking about something that is disturbing? Possibly.
Is she missing someone but accepting of that? Perhaps a wife or lover of a man gone away.
I bet she’s watching the clouds – giant puffs of marshmallow air floating across the sky mimicking the fiery hues of the coming sunset. I wonder if maybe… just maybe… she sees a bunny up there?
