Wx3 Writing Exercise & Inspiration – How To
It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3.
Step 1 – Clear your mind. Take a deep breath. Relax.
Step 2 – Open a new Word doc, or Notepad page, or grab a piece of paper & a pen.
Step 3 – Look at the picture for 60 seconds & then write whatever comes to you – dialogue, story, log line, idea, concept, emotion, senses, etc..
When you are done…
Save it and put your writing away. Let it seep, brew, stew, and simmer. Next time you need inspiration or an added boost to your current work – you’ll have a file full of these.
And, it will add to your habit of writing – boom!
Anger. I’m angry at them for expecting — for supposing. They don’t know me. They don’t know anything.
They never will.
I could hurt them… if I wanted. It’d be easy, really.
But where’s the point in it? Will they listen then? Would they learn anything?
No, I’ll just sit back here and stare back at them. Maybe, just maybe, one of them will finally get it…
But, I won’t hold my breath…
